Adventures In Indian Cooking and Learning Hindi!

I resumed my Hindi studies this week, using Rosetta Stone version 3. It’s simple, but extremely helpful for me. I’m learning to recognize and pronounce words, as well as understand their meaning.
Tonight, I followed a recipe to make a yummy Indian dish called Aloo Sabzi. I also made samosas for my family. Soo yummy. 🙂

I’ve never made anything like samosas before, especially from scratch! But I loved the results. 🙂

It’s been a slow but successful week, and time is just ticking away.
I’m going to be in India in no time.
Now I’m feeling a bit nervous… :O

Anyway, have a great week ahead. ♥
